Mr. Silver
I didn't realize this...I knew "Rocky Horror Picture Show" was the longest running continuously shown film in history. But I didn't know it was because 20th Century Fox has never ended its original release in 1975.
Hehe...36 years on it's first run.
12:34 PM Mr. Yellow
That is a nice first run
How much money has it made in 36 years?
12:35 PM Mr. Silver
Box office: US$139,876,417...original budget US$1,200,000
12:37 PM Mr. Silver
Never saw “Shock Treatment”.
12:40 PM Mr. Yellow
I did but it was at an all night film marathon and to be honest, I was pretty messed up the whole time
they did Rocky, Shock Treatment, The Crow and Dusk Till Dawn.
It was light outside when I left the theater.
12:44 PM Mr. Silver
That's quite a mix of movies
I assume by Rocky, you mean Rocky Horror.
Though if it was Rocky it'd be even more bizarre a collection
"Triple Feature Nite: Rocky, Rocky Horror, and Rocky & Bullwinkle"
12:49 PM Mr. Yellow
Yes, Rocky Horror.
I used to go every week for 36 weeks one year to catch the midnight showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show.
I spent around $174 going to see that film.
12:59 PM Mr. Silver
Hehe
Mr. Blue
So this idiot's name is Tony Bologna?
10:19 AM Mr. Silver
Yup
Tony Baloney
He'd maced someone else like before years ago...doesn't mention that here.
I was thinking a good Youtube would be Tony Baloney macing "Betty Spaghetti".
10:26 AM Mr. Silver
(bright little girls) "Have you heard about Betty? Betty Spag-EEEK!!! OW OW OW! My Eyes!"
(tough cops) "Have you heard about Tony? Tony Baloney!"
10:28 AM Mr. Blue
Heheh
10:29 AM Mr. Silver
"Try Tony's new Wall Street Protester playset, with REAL NON-LETHAL WEAPONS, girls!"
"Tony's got mace, tear gas, and the ultimate - rubber bullets - to take them whiny bitches dowwwwwn!"
10:35 AM Mr. Silver
Million seller, a toy like that.
10:36 AM Mr. Blue
"The mace really burns!"
10:38 AM Mr. Silver
"With color-changing hippy-face action! Mace goes on and the face goes red! Just blast 'em in cold water with the optional Tony Baloney crowd control water cannon and they turn back into pinkos!"
Mr. Silver
I love reading this stuff but after a while I feel rather disappointed: http://www.physorg.com/news/2011-09-world-energy-storage-membrane.html
"GREAT! Now somebody USE the stuff!"
2:27 PM Mr. Blue
Mmm nnaaahh!
2:28 PM Mr. Silver
"With the advent of our novel membrane, energy storage technology will be more accessible, affordable, and producible on a large scale. It is also environmentally-friendly and could change the current status of energy technology," Dr Xie said.
Translation: "You will NEVER hear about this technology again."
